To Our Families & the Community When everyone's main concern is Health these days let me give you few ideas of what we can do at home. Make sure to open all windows, let the sunlight come in. Proper Air Ventilation is very important when everyone’s staying indoors. Take vitamin C daily or to get them the natural way by eating fruits high in vitamin C ... Make sure to exercise on a daily basis or take a little walk. Separate everyone's towels , cups , plates & beddings. Organize your shoes to an area they can air out to dry. Don't use heavy blanket that you're not able to wash often. Daily basis Wipe down all the places that your child always touching. Do some breathing exercises with kids. Avoid processed drinks & switch to freshly made juice. Keep the communication positive with kids because their emotional stress is very high not having the proper routine. Limit going to the groceries stores and other public places. If you must go take all the proper precautions. Stay Stay Healthy
