Come and Treat Yourself! Good news! Santa Clara County is now allowed to do all face touching services, including waxing and facials . I’m so excited to welcome you all back, when you are ready, and I really appreciate the trust many of you have placed in me by coming into my studio these last weeks I’ve been open.... I wanted to reiterate the steps I’m taking to keep both myself and all of you safe. All services have cleaning and sanitation time built in, this includes both a wipe down of all surfaces, even those that have not been touched, and an aerosol disinfectant which is allowed to dry while the room is being aired out between clients. All bedding is either disposable or immediately placed in a container to be laundered several times a day. Until further notice, you’ll need to wait in your car until I text you that it’s time for your appointment, and only one person at a time over the age of 18 is allowed in the studio at the same time. In addition, steam, for the time being, won’t be included in any facial, but I’ve got lots of nice warm towels . During my services I’m wearing both a surgical mask as well as a cloth mask, and a shield. Honestly guys, it’s really insane and I have to tell you sometimes I look and feel like I’m in a Saturday Night Live skit, but I’d rather do all this and be safe and allowed to work! Anyhow, before your appointment I will send you an automated reminder of the steps I’m taking, in addition to making sure you understand what my expectations are of each person who shares my sweet little space. Again, me continuing to work relies on us all being honest with each other about our risks and health. Please feel free to message me with any concerns or appointment requests! My online booking is now open, just be aware that all appointment requests at this point through online booking may need to be adjusted for sanitation time. Treat Skincare can reopen! Good morning Treat fans! Great news !! It looks like the county will allow me to reopen my business for body waxing services now, indoors! I’m planning on operating a limited schedule for now, starting next Tuesday September 15. I’ll be going down my list of previously booked pandemic clients and reaching out to you all in short order! If you have any questions about wether your service is allowed, please feel free to ping me and find out. At thi...s time I will be attempting to limit my patronage to known and previous clients with the hopes of avoiding THE COVID! I cannot wait to *safely* see you all again!! I’ll be resending my new covid procedures in separate email, so be on the look out! Until then, feel free to shoot me a message if you’re worried you aren’t on my list! Fingers crossed we won’t get shut down before I can start .

Treat Skincare still unable to open. Hi again Treat Fans! Well, hair, nails, massage, and gyms are opening up tomorrow in Santa Clara, but unfortunately I’m not opening yet. Within the guidelines for this phase there was a paragraph prohibiting any service on or near the face and neck area. These services account for about 80 percent of my business and so I’m unable to open at this time .... I am hopeful that as my industry puts pressure on the county they will see that there are plenty of services that can be done on the face while still wearing and mask, and that we will be double protected with a mask and shield. For now, I’m still cleaning and getting ready so that when they give the green light I can open immediately, and I’m hoping to see you there! Thank you for you patience and support! .

Reopening Update! Hi Treat Fans! Well here we are at the end of June, entering July, and we still don’t have a reopening date for Santa Clara. Sara Cody has mentioned that although the cases of covid 19 are increasing in California, she still plans on moving into more phases, hopefully this means an opening is imminent! Hey Treat Followers... Sad news, Santa Clara County will not be allowing esthetician’s to reopen on Friday. They did not give anymore information about when that might happpen. As other counties around us open, I’m hoping that we won’t be far behind. In the past it’s looked like a week or two. I’ll be sending out and email in the coming days to solidify all this ... non-information the county has for us! Thanks for waiting! I’m so ready to safely get back to seeing you all!

A huge THANK YOU We are well over a week into the COVID-19 closure and I am praying that this email finds everyone healthy and optimistic... I certainly oscillate between a myriad of feelings daily, but I am so grateful to all my friends and clients who have texted, emailed, and surprised me with words of love, encouragement and requests of how to support me and my business while this unprecedented situation is unfolding. Temporary Closure Of Treat Skincare Due to Covid-19 It’s with a sad but optimistic heart that I let all my wonderful friends and clients know that due to the shelter in place order in Santa Clara County, my sweet little space will be closed until at least April 8th pending advice from the CDC. Please know that I’m thinking of all of you, especially those in the healthcare fields, as well as those not only effected by the health concerns, but also the financial implications ...of such a trying time. I will be here when all of this is over to help beautify, listen, and relax your spirit and skin.
