A huge thank you to our partners and supporters of Traver Community Library. I really want to express my gratitude to Robert Jr. Isquierdo who was the founder of the London Library Project. From our first phone conversation he was a huge help in offering advice, and supporting our project. Because of Robert we were able to make contact with Tulare County Library System librarians and District Supervisor Eddie Valero. After our conversation our project took off. Thank you Robert! I love your energy, and I hope we can continue to work together.

I'm proud of our team for the partnerships we have created. Our team presented to our District Supervisor Eddie Valero and Tulare County Librarian Darla Wagoner a couple of months ago. They agreed to support us with several resources. One of those is installing a book machine at our school. It works just like a vending machine, but instead of a sugary drink, we get a book! Not only will we have a library out in our community we will have books for checkout on our Traver School campus very soon! #booksforall #stepupyouth #tularecounty

We want to take the time to thank everyone for their continued support of our library. Thank you to the all the members of the community of Traver, and the surrounding communities of Kingsburg, Dinuba, Reedley, Visalia and London. We are doing so much TOGETHER.

Meet our team! Our group consists of 6th-8th grade student leaders. 8th graders: Sandra Perez, Jayden Vela, Cruz Hernandez, Amador Rebollero, Santiago Carreto, Jhonatan Rojas, 7th: Xavier Luna, Imelda Arellano, 6th: Alize Gutierrez, TCAP board members pictured: Aida Rushing, George Nord. All our students have been working hard, and are excited to open the library located at TCAPS in Traver.

Everytime we open a box we smile big at the sight of the wonderful books written by great authors! A big thank you to our teachers on our Traver School campus for their huge support!
