( no medical service provided ) Asked us to buy 2300$ new ticket if we want to have confirmed ticket or else we will be on standby and will be only flying if there are empty seats otherwise they will give us 37$ compensation and in which we have to arrange our own hotel and food. When we asked them to write down directions as we had a hard time in understanding their language on which they said, motherfucker. Air china made us wait in Delhi without any hotel service when their own crew went to the hotel in 5 min's itself and we all left with old and sick people on a 4*4 chair for 14 hrs. Their evening flight is 90% cancel it's just a scam so they can sell tickets at the higher price.
