This is an important article for business owners and leaders to think about. Employees who are leaving may give you your most honest feedback. You don't need to 'absorb' everything they say if it doesn't sound true, but if you notice patterns or similarities in feedback from multiple employees, then there may be something you're missing.

In the early days of business, leaders and CEOs often carry a huge burden and do what it takes to grow their businesses. But as time passes, they need to hand off responsibilities so they can focus on leading their businesses...otherwise, things don't always go as planned. Send me a PM if you, or a CEO you know, are trying to manage your company's marketing efforts alone. I'd love to explore ways to help. #entrepreneur #ceos #business #entrepreneurs #growth #entrepreneurship #marketing #fractionalCMO #leadership #delegation #strageticgrowth #strategicpartnerships

Your business and kids both need the same thing from you...

I used to take everything personally and try to read into everyone's intentions. It was exhausting. I used to send out emails for my nonprofit work. When people didn't read them or would unsubscribe from my list, it would hurt my feelings....but now when I send out emails, I get happy when people unsubscribe. "Why?" you say? ... Because it means that I can now write for a more engaged audience OR because I've challenged someone and they don't want to hear what I have to say anymore. I'm fine with either. Don't get me wrong, I'm also happy when people subscribe to my list!!! If you want to do that. Click here: https://confirmsubscription.com/h/i/C60F8C90982D119A

Maintaining focus and perspective is a constant battle for me...I turned 40 earlier this month and processing my 'finiteness' gave me a new tactic for staying focused. Hope this idea helps you as well! https://justinbpowell.com//a-morbid-way-to-increase-your-/

If you really want to grow/transform/change...you need to find the core problem and deal with it. Otherwise, every other change is superficial.

I am always looking out for leadership lessons (and see them everywhere) and this is an excellent point made by Columbian player Falcao... The truth about leadership is that you are putting your head above the rest and become an easy target for blame. It's not easy, not as glamorous as we often think, and not everyone is cut out to handle the pressure. This is the reason that many older leaders have become softer, slower, and more inclusive...time has taught them to handle the arrows with wisdom and less defensiveness.

Critical thinking (and the suggestions in the article) is important because we need to practice critical thinking at every turn due the amount of information we sort through daily.

Sometimes even the most classic designs need to be re-thought and/or re-worked. As a coffee person, I can see how this design would improve it's functionality as well. What do you think?
