Today, #TraPacLA had the privilege of training a group of first responders from Los Angeles Fire Department Station 38 on maritime safety. Our Security Manager, Alexander Miranda, a #veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, did a great job leading the training and covered topics ranging from on-board vessel & terminal fires, shipboard & crane rescue, and hazardous containment. #firesafety #training #safetyfirst #healthandsafety #maritime #LAFD #communityimpact

#TraPacLA recently had a very special visit from our local heroes of the LAFD who stopped by to receive donated shipping containers. The containers will be used for a new live fire training facility made of all steel for firefighters to practice tactical rescues. We are very appreciative of the opportunity to help support the everyday heroes of the #LAFD who place their own lives at risk in order to save others . The Ocean Network Express North America vessel Seasp...an Falcon can carry up to 12,000 standard-sized containers, and measures the length of three football fields!
