Retreat and find yourself

How many are just Paying rent, eating, surviving, not really fully alive and living their purpose? How do you go from surviving to thriving?? 1) what is your heart or soul calling to 2) what is the path that you see to that goal 3) what are the blocks 4) resolve/ heal the inner blocks/issues 5) do outer steps till you achieve you goals. It sounds simple however the secret is in healing the inner blocks. Success is 90% inner work 10% practical steps. Too many goal programs focus on trying to will power yourself to a goal. Rather let yourself be drawn to the higher calling and work to resolve the inner blocks that stand between you and it. Then you mind, heart, body and soul will know what truly living is

The heart constricts and expands to move blood through our body, the heartbeat of life constricts ( hardship) and expands (ease and beauty) to guide us and teach us. Turn your heart towards your goals and watch, surrender to the current of ease and hardship, your actually being flowed to your goal if you surrender to the current with all its bumps and flow.

Have you ever seen something in someone that is just sooo aweful you can't stand them? Or is there someone who your so in awe of because they are so gifted or beautiful? Mirroring: what is in our own unconscious, that we haven't dealt with, we project onto others as if it's their qualities. We can do this with wounds and negative qualities and with our unowned beauty. The other becomes the mirror reflecting our unconscious back to us. Often each person has a bit i...f it, one person might have more. Remember: if you're upset it's your issue. This isn't to say that if people so something hurtful it's not wrong however if it brings something up in you that's yours to deal with. The same thing could happen to two people. One person could become very hurt and distraught and reactive, another could see that the person was hurting and acting unconsciously and not take on the pain. See the difference? Questions?
