Let’s start tomorrow! Five Tips on Becoming a Morning Person 1. No snooze button Forget those five extra minutes! Wake your body up! Lets start the day, you won't regret it I promise!... 2. Plan the night before I love to create a to-do list the for the upcoming day the night before. Create a purpose for the day, this will motivate you to get started on your to-do list. 3. Be positive We are so lucky and BLESSED to have another day! Let's wake up with a grateful heart! 4. Go to bed early Go to bed at a decent hour, set your alarm 45 minutes prior to your bedtime. This gives you plenty of time to "wind down." Read a book, drink some tea, take a bath. 5. Wake your body up by drinking water Wake those organs up first thing as you wake up! Try these five steps and I promise waking up early will be a breeze! We will see you in our AM classes very soon!

Happy Saturday! What’s on the menu for dinner tonight?! I know I love pizza, especially on the weekend! So here’s a healthy twist on a favorite! ... Healthy Pita Pizza! Ingredients: 6 Pita Breads 3/4 cup reduced sodium Pizza Sauce 3 cups low-fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 36 Pieces of Pepperonis Directions: First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the pita breads on baking sheets. Spoon 2 Tbsp of the Pizza Sauce on each pita. Then place 1/2 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese on each pita. The top with 6 pieces of pepperonis on each pita. Bake uncovered for 10-12 minutes until the pita is browned slightly and the cheese is melted. Cool on the baking sheet for 4-5 minutes, slice and enjoy! Recipe by eatingonadime.com

Savory Saturday! Cranberry rosemary one-pan chicken! YUM! ... Still offering that yummy holiday twist, because let’s be honest, who really wants to say goodbye to the holidays already!? Enjoy! Ingredients: 6 3 pounds bone-in skin-on chicken thighs, bone-in skin-on 3/4 cup Cranberry, fresh 3 cloves Garlic 1 tsp Rosemary, fresh leaves 4 sprigs Rosemary, fresh 3 tbsp Maple syrup 1 Salt 3 tbsp Olive oil 2 tbsp Coconut aminos 1 Pastry brush 1/4 cup White wine, dry Directions: Combine all marinade ingredients in food processor or blender and process until smooth. Place chicken, skin side up, in a 9x13" baking dish and pour marinade over, spreading to coat chicken evenly. Cover and marinate in the fridge at least 30 minutes, up to 24 hours. 30 minutes before baking, remove the dish from oven and let stand at room temperature. Preheat oven to 375. With a spoon, scrape marinade from the chicken skin, leaving in the baking dish. Brush skins with 1 tablespoon olive oil and season skins with plenty of salt. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of fresh cranberries and 4 sprigs of rosemary around chicken thighs. Bake for 22 minutes then remove from oven and preheat broiler. Discard cooked rosemary sprigs. Brush 1 tablespoon maple syrup over chicken thighs skin. Place under broiler, about 10" from theheating element, and broil 5-7 minutes or until skin is crispy and getting dark in places. Watch carefully to make sure the skin browns evenly and does not burn, moving the dish around to brown evenly if necessary. Remove from oven and spoon cranberries and sauce on top of chicken. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and serve immediately with plenty of sauce. Recipe by 40aprons.com
