Endodontics done the wrong way. Tooth 28 treated incorrectly by the practitioner followed by improper apicoectomy by another practitioner. I retreated the improperly treated endodontic on 28 and found a second canal. This tooth was slated for extraction.
Failing endodontic therapy scheduled for implants by GP. Patient wanted to save teeth instead of placing implants.
Rare case of #11 with dens in dente that was perforated by previous dentsist. Perforation repaired with MTA and obturated.
