I did something for me today ! I joined the GYM !! Yep that’s right , you read correctly. I want get my mental health and physical health back on track . Before covid-19 hit I was well on my way . I fell off track for the last 6 months . I felt bogged down . My creativity was in the gutter . My worrying has been out of control . ... My eating habits and cocktails have been a little wacky lately. I wanted to get control of me back and feel better about my self and feel physically better . With the smoke being so bad outside and having asthma , I just couldn’t workout outside or in my garage anymore . I do miss my 2 mile walks with Remi . I know once the smoke lifts he and I can get back at it . So here we go . I’m finding my routine . I’m on my way to feeling and looking better ! I’m excited for this healthy journey. When she walked through the door at the salon , we broke the rules we hugged and cried . Then we looked at each and said why are we crying ? I said because these times we are in have taken a toll on even the strongest chicks . I had not seen her in over a year due to scheduling. We realized at this point we need to make time for the people who are important to us . ... She stayed faithful to her colorist/friend . She did not box dye or go somewhere else.
