Join us at The Vault Garden on Friday October 23rd for the Kick Off Dinner of Eat Drink SF 2020: 10 Days of Dining, Culture and Community! This year's @eatdrinksf is all about showcasing San Francisco's culinary scene to support restaurants in our city. In partnership with the @ggrasf, we're starting off the 10 days of socially distanced programs with a one time only dinner featuring an incredible line up of chefs. Today, we're highlighting Chef Angela Pinkerton (@iampink...erton) who will be bringing dessert to this incredible meal! Commanding the pastry kitchen since 2008, Pinkerton became Executive Pastry Chef of today's Eleven Madison Park Restaurant, now a fine dining destination. She was named Outstanding Pastry Chef in 2011 by the James Beard Foundation. Angela created and implemented the pastry program for Che Fico and the recently opened CheFico Alimentari, located in San Francisco’s NOPA neighborhood. Angela is currently putting on a bakery pop up, Pie Society; selling a seasonal selection of pies for pick up at local businesses in San Francisco and the East Bay. She is also currently working on a new label of confections and sweets; Pinkerton Confectionery, which will be available in retail stores and online in 2021.
