Honestly, I am thriving right now and I’m shamelessly soaking up EVERY second of it. I guess when you’ve experienced a lot of bad days, you really learn to appreciate the good ones. Who would have thought living a natural/holistic life and handling the deep shit head on would ACTUALLY work. Took me (almost) 34 years to figure it out, but we here fam. I just feel really fucking good (and I’m even in the bitchass luteal phase) and I am extremely proud of myself for the consis...tent, hard work I’ve put in. My gratitude for this internal peace runs deeeeep. I won’t take a single second of it for granted. As @whitneyysimmons says, it’s a beautiful day to be alive.

When we aren’t seeing the results we want quick enough, we quit.But quitting is for 100% certain NOT going to speed things up. And then when we don’t like where we are at and think of making a change, what do we do?We find all the reasons why the change won’t work.We slip back into old habits. Habits we KNOW haven’t been working. Newton’s Law says an object in motion, stays in motion just like an object at rest stays at rest-right? That applies to everything in life! ... Quitting is a habit and justifying quitting is a skill. What we practice is what we get better at. If you keep quitting now, you're developing skills that will help you quit in the future. You don’t have to go full speed ahead and aim for perfection. Just think about your life in 24 hr increments. All i want you to do is follow through with what you say you’ll do within the next 24 hours. If you can get that habit down, you’ll look back and be in awe of what you’ve accomplished. Everything might not always move or happen as quickly as we’d like it too, but even some movement is better than no movement at all.
