(More than once I’ve had to explain WHAT IS VALUE and how that is calculatedbut that’s for another post) When it comes to pricing your home finding the SWEET SPOT will increase visibility and drive more buyers your way. At the end of the day, even when inventory is tight, pricing it right - or to sell immediately- makes a BIG difference in how much you walk away with. Here’s the other thing: sellers who make the mistake of OVERPRICING their homes will eventually have to lower the price after they sit and sit and sit ..leaving buyers wondering if something is wrong with the house, when really it was just priced too high. Spending a few days away to celebrate my precious little Jules’ 2nd bday. A little bit about her? She’s strong. ... She’s caring. She’s independent. She’s absolutely hilarious. She’s passionate. She fearless. Basically she’s a BOSS. She walked around for an hour with these balloons making sure everyone knew it was her day. May this next year around the sun bring so much adventure! Seeing the world through your eyes is the greatest joy.
