The Fullerton 20-30 Club is a men's service organization that was organized June 7, 1930, and is restricted to members between the ages of twenty and thirty-five. In 1951, one of the group's many projects was funding for new playground equipment at Hillcrest Park. The club financed the project with funds raised at the first annual "Mile of Pennies."

The new $21,000 Chamber of Commerce building, constructed at 219 E Commonwealth and designed by local architect Oscar Louderback, was completed in November of 1962. Under the direction of the new manager Frank Reid, the office was open for business that December, just in time for the busy Christmas holiday season.
