It was such a great pleasure to be invited to a dinner party last night at my clients’ new home, and to see their house set up with all of their belongings and all smiles was priceless. I can now call my new proud homeowners our great friends for life!!! I love to help people through to their next phase of life, and to see my clients blend into a community where they quickly acclimated in their new city makes me feel so grateful! This wonderful family contacted me with the go...al of selling their condo and buying a home in a kid-friendly community. Well, we made that happen! Once I successfully sold their condo, we found a home that fit the bill! Dad bought a bike for his son to ride around on the flat streets unlike always being on a large hill, and mom bought passes to Hurricane Harbor for their kids. In addition, their daughter already applied for a job at the new, local Japanese restaurant, Mikuni. They even shaved time off their commute! Now, their commute is only 10 minutes together in their carpool, as opposed to 30 minutes or more on three different highways. It's so rewarding to continue my passion of helping my clients become new homeowners in this journey!
