Today was National Take Your Daughter/Son To Work Day and I was honored to take Eden, my oldest to learn the ropes here at SLPM. Family is what this company is based off of. My father Curtis Mortenson brought both my sister and I to work here at SLPM as well as Turnkey in Paso Robles (our sister location in the North County) answering phones, shredding paper and even cleaning apartments when we were youngsters ourselves. Today I celebrated not only his legacy but the legacy I leave to both my daughters (Eden 5.5 and Phinley 2) as they grow up and some day possibly fill the shoes and leasing agreements I sign. Today is a day about family and SLPM has quite a long family history that will continue to grow with the next generation! Happy bring your kiddo to work day from our family here at SLPM to yours!

What’s better than living in San Luis Obispo? Not much, but being able to walk downtown from your house and have a short commute to work or school sure makes it that much sweeter. Good morning, folks! As promised, here is our 2018-2019 rental list. Showings for the available properties will begin on Tuesday, March 13th and appointments can be made by calling in to our office (805-541-1822). We conduct our showings Tuesdays-Fridays from 9:30am-4:30pm. We do expect to add a handful of properties to the list so stay tuned to our Facebook page for our 'New Rental Alerts'! Happy hunting!
