Pilot class for the State Fire Marshal FF-1 certification. Put on by the training staff of Mid Valley Fire District in 1976 This is the first class to complete the training. Recognize anyone?

This was given to the Branch by retired BC Rich Smithen. He found it in Coalinga and we are trying to figure out what it is and what it was used for. We mounted it on the plaque to better preserve it. Any Ideas?
