Residents at The Regency are kicking up their heels to better health during a fun virtual dance class. From the comfort and convenience of their residences, residents can follow along as instructor Anthea McWilliams helps them work up a sweat. She has been involved in community dance in Northern Ireland for over 30 years and leads a senior dance group, Age on Stage. Residents are sure to enjoy this great addition to the robust fitness calendar!

Although residents at The Regency are socially distancing, they are using technology to stay connected with neighbors, family and friends. The senior living community is hosting a virtual Brushes & Vino event, inviting residents to tap into their creativity. Art supplies will be delivered to each residence, and residents will be guided through a series of brush strokes to create a masterpiece. Thanks to The Regency’s maintenance-free lifestyle, residents are discovering (and rediscovering) new hobbies such as painting.
