To our valued El Charrito community, The health and well-being of our customers and employees is our main priority. Like you, we are deeply concerned and want to do what we can to help keep our communities, employees, and customers safe. El Charrito is regularly monitoring the developing global and local situation and following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We will continue to monitor expert guidance from these government agencies and health care of...ficials, assessing risks and responding as needed. We have and will continue to implement numerous precautions and actions daily to further ensure the safety of our customers. Here are a few examples of what we are doing: Encouraging our customers to order through the El Charrito app to decrease time waiting in a line. Team members will wash their hands hourly as a part of a new stringent safety measure. Performing rigorous food safety audits. A dedicated hospitality position responsible for constantly cleaning communal surfaces. Installing hand sanitizer dispensers accessible when entering and leaving. Daily monitoring the health of all our employees & instruct them to stay home if they or anyone in their homes are showing any signs of sickness. As a community, we will all get through this together. And as always, you have our commitment to provide a clean and safe environment. Again, we encourage our customers to order through the El Charrito app to decrease time waiting in a line. Management is meeting daily to plan ahead. We are in talks of offering a delivery service in the next couple of weeks depending on the nature of this virus. We’ll be sure to update you as all this unfolds.
