Comforting words during this painfully difficult time of grief & loss. I love the part where she says that this isn’t a time for self improvement, but rather a time to grieve. Permission to grieve! I’m right there with you. Hold on.

If you or someone you know is struggling (because who isn’t right now?!?), PLEASE reach out for help! As therapists, we want nothing more than to help you during this incredibly stressful, challenging time. Many of my colleagues and I are offering therapy via telephone and video (think Skype, FaceTime, etc.). So we still have options while we’re stuck at home. Hang in there! Together we’ll get through this.

Happy New Year! Anyone else having a hard time believing it’s 2020?!? I swear it was just 2010. I love the new year because it means new possibilities and opportunities for personal growth and change (even though I kinda hate change because it’s hard! Ha ha. Ultimately though, change is good because it leads to personal growth, which I love!). Speaking of change....new year, NEW OFFICE!! I’m excited to announce that I will be moving office locations, effective Tuesday, Ja...nuary 7, 2020! Here is my new office address: 1212 Coloma Way Suite D Roseville, CA 95661 Why am I so excited about this new space?! First, it’s really pretty and if you know me, I love interior design and appreciate attractive office decor. Plus, the office window looks out on to an expansive deck surrounded by beautiful trees. I find it really quiet and peaceful. Second, it’s on the first floor which makes it easier and more convenient for everyone, including those individuals with injuries, handicaps/disabilities, etc. Third and last, it has a STOP LIGHT! Yesss!!! If you’re asking yourself why that matters and why it’s even worth mentioning here, then you’ve likely never driven down Sunrise Ave. in rush hour traffic! Ha ha. This will make getting out of the parking lot much easier and faster than before. No need to make a U-turn anymore to head in the opposite direction! Hope to see you soon! I’m soooo looking forward to what lies ahead. Welcome, 2020!
