Ever wonder what that "popping" sound is after an adjustment? It is the release of gases leaving the joint and movement of fluids in between and surrounding the joint. When your bones are not lined up properly, gases enter the joint, and when your joints are adjusted, the adjustment pushes the gases out and that is when you hear the "POP!" In this Lumbar (low back) adjustment video, you will hear the "POP!" just as the adjustment is being performed.
