Low-Cost Spay Neuter Clinic located at 29001 Bastron Ave in Lake Elsinore from 10am until noon, or while supplies last on Thursday, May 28th. Appointments will be scheduled at the time the vouchers are issued. Cat surgeries covered up to $60. Dog surgeries covered up to $100. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the owner.
