When was the last time you were truly present? There is only one time that matters and it's NOW. All of your power resides in this very moment. When we stop mourning the past and obsessing about the future we unlock our ability to create change in your life and lives of those around us.
You don’t have to wait until you’ve arrived at the perfect version of yourself to start. You have everything you need to start right now. All you have to do is believe in yourself.
It's in our nature to focus on everything that is going wrong , but focusing on the positive and practicing gratitude is what brings about happiness. Gratitude grounds us in the present by forcing us to access what is in fact going good in our lives and blocks negative emotions that don't serve us like regret, resentment, and jealousy. How are you practicing gratitude?
Knowing what’s happening in your internal world is more important than knowing what’s happening on social media and the news. Disconnect and recharge. You don’t have to be on all the time, it’s ok to take a moment to sit in silence.
All that matters is that you get out and do it!
Retreat within, gain clarity, learn your lesson, and come back swinging.
Meditation is about confronting and releasing the things that are taking up space in your heart and mind. Realest the things that no longer serve you to make room for the opportunities that await you.
