I miss you. I do. Please know that during the pandemic, I am unable to perform massages. The California massage council can revoke my license and my insurance won’t cover me for anything during a state mandated lockdown. I’m not on vacation; I’m doing my best to protect public health. What a coincidence, I work from your home too! With the 24 hour news cycle, it’s hard not to get stressed out. When the stress becomes too much, it negatively impacts your immune system’s response to pathogens. So don’t be stressed. I wash my hands more than my fingerprints can keep up with. I disinfect my table and supplies before and after your session. I’ll even do it in front of you if you want! I’m following all of the California Massage Therapy Council best practices ...because your health is important to me. I take my temperature before each appointment. I am self isolating as best I’m able. I will even wear a mask if it makes you feel better. And of course, if I’m not feeling 100% we won’t have a session. Whatever you do, don’t let your body suffer because you can’t get to the gym or you’re home eating all of the processed food you stocked up on. Get moving!
