A little bit of everything coming to us this week. A $27mil flagged hotel refi. A $1.36mil commercial construction loan, a $500k commercial purchase and rehab loan, a $350k commercial rehab loan and a $350k SBA working capital request. We had a lender match for all of them.

A very successful 15 year affiliate reached out for the first time in 5 years confident we could help him during this COVID affected market. Referred lenders for a $7.25mil office park construction project and also a $37.5mil hospital refinance. Lifetime support as promised.

Wishing everyone a safe and Happy Thanksgiving! Just because it is a short holiday week doesn't mean there is nothing going on. We had 2 bank quality multifamily refinances of $5miland $6mil and a $150k equipment lease submitted today to our lenders.

One of our affiliates has a $750k PO financing deal being reviewed by two of our funding sources. Also heard from a few of our affiliates who are adding employees because they can't keep up with their volume of business. Businesses need money now more than ever.

Local bank turned down a $650k SBA working capital loan strictly on a low credit score. Now being reviewed by one of our lenders that offers a subprime SBA product.

Our support department is helping an affiliate review and breakdown a puchase order totaling $50mil overall for one of his clients. Two of our funding sources have indicated interest based on the strength of the buyer.

A new week = new deals. $12mil, 98 unit, build to rent. $4mil bridge loan and a $6mil commercial property purchase. All with 1pt fee agreements for the affiliates. Things are heating back up. 2 more of our small balance RE lenders are active again. More options for our affiliates.

$2.12mil cashout bridge loan in front of one of our new lenders. Preliminary review says it's a go. One and a half points to the broker!

One of our long time affiliates,(trained 1997} just released his new book, The Encyclopedia of Commercial Real Estate Advice: How to Add Value When Buying, Selling, Repositioning, Developing, Financing, and Managing by Terry Painter. A great read and a valuable resource. Available on Amazon.

Activity so far this week. A 50k/mo factoring deal, a $325k SBA RE purchase,1 1/2 points to the affiliate. A $7mil USDA B&I loan for a gravel pit purchase & equipment upgrade. A @$8mil business aquisition &company buyout made interesting because one of the companies is in the UK.

East coast affiliate is presenting to one of our funding sources a $1.8mil insurance business aquisition. One point commission.

Getting creative with Covid. Affiliate arranging a $10.4mil bridge loan for a a cash out refinance of a multifamily to buy out a partner and perform minor rehab to qualify for a HUD loan in 18 months. Double dipping on a commission! All parties happy.

Deals all across the spectrum from our affiliates. A $1mil residential blanket loan, a $1.65mil purchase order financing deal and a quality $40mil multifamily construction deal (two of our funding sources showing interest in this one).

Still busy with training new affiliates. Just finished with 3 groups attended a mid week training. Soon to fund, 2 factoring deals, a $1.9mil SBA truck stop. 2 small balance commercial refinances and another SBA deal for the construction of a assisted living facility.

Just closed by one of our CA affiliates, $1.4mil SFR purchase in Utah. One point to the broker. Also a $2.2mil SBA 504 refinance undergoing underwriting with one of our preferred lenders. One point to the broker also.

Deals coming through support today. A $4.6mil Multifamily purchase. 320 acre ag land purchase and a $4.5mil factoring deal. Also sourced 2 new funders.

CLOSED!! $1.49mil cash out refinance of a mixed use building in Brooklyn for Paul L. Submitted, a $600k equipment lease in Miami for Fernando M. Positive results going into the holiday weekend.

Hospitality deals are active. We had affiliates submit two. Both purchases, $2.5mil and $3mil. Both headed to SBA lenders. Commissions will be 1pt+.
