Reyes Adobe Days October 10-13 Parking/Commute Details SHUTTLE Saturday, October 12, 2019 Reyes Adobe Days Shuttle 8:30am-1:00pm... FREE continuous round-trips will be provided to and from Reyes Adobe Park to the start of the Parade route at Yerba Buena Elementary School. Only pre-approved vehicles will be allowed access to Yerba Buena Parking lot, so all participants in the parade should park in the neighborhood surrounding Reyes Adobe Park and shuttle to the top of the parade route. PARKING Following the Reyes Adobe Days Parade, the Day at the Adobe Event will be at Reyes Adobe Park, and parallel parking will be allowed on the south bound lane of Reyes Adobe Road. ROAD CLOSURES Friday, October 11 Sunday October 13, 2019 Rainbow Crest Dr. between Reyes Adobe Road and Jon Dodson Drive will be closed from Friday at 5:00p.m. through Sunday at 5:00p.m. Access to all streets will be available from Lake Lindero Drive. The south bound, right lane on Reyes Adobe Road will be closed from Friday at 5:00p.m. through Sunday at 5:00p.m. to allow ample parking, and safer access to the event.. Saturday, October 12, 2019 Reyes Adobe Days Parade - The parade begins at 10:00am, with staging beginning at 9:00am. The Parade begins at Yerba Buena Elementary School, travels south on Reyes Adobe Road, and ends at Passageway Place. Reyes Adobe Road will be completely closed to through traffic, meaning residents will not be able to cross over Reyes Adobe Road on Thousand Oaks Boulevard. *All closures on Saturday will be complete by 12:00pm. Reyes Adobe Days Runs Runs start and finish at Agoura Hills City Hall. Agoura Road between Reyes Adobe Road and Cornell St. will be affected. Races begin at 7a.m.

UPDATE, LAFD and Agroura Hills have lifted evacuation orders for Agoura Road at this time. We recommend that Residents wait through this afternoon before making the choice to return home. In light of the new fires popping up in the Lake Sherwood area, those areas are now being evacuated and may impact local traffic to repopulate, and new road closures may popup.

AGOURA ROAD IS CLOSED, NO VEHICLE TRAFFIC ALLOWED. STAFF IS ON STANDBY NEARBY IF WE GET ACCESS. RODGER OUR TECH IS ONSITE IF ANYONE NEEDS HELP AGAIN-ACCESS IS CLOSED TO THE SITE. THEY ARE ALLOWING PEOPLE TO LEAVE BUT NOT ENTER.

Update! WE ARE STILL UNDER MANDATORY EVACUATION! PLEASE DO NOT RETURN TO THE LEXINGTON. We know that some residents have stayed or have gone back, we do not recommend this, again ALL official sources have asked us again not to return to the site and to evacuate if you have not already. This is a mandatory evacuation zone. We hope that all will be able to return by Wednesday, but we do not know at this time. If onsite you may be aware that there is broken glass from the fir...e extinguishers, the extinguishers have been refilled and are active. We will commence a clean up of broken glass and all other items when the fire department has approved access. We have all vendors in place to access the site to clean, pressure wash, roof checks, charred brush cleanup, apartment checks ect. We are waiting on LAFD to issue orders to go back in. Your life is more important, and it is critical for LAFD to do their jobs without extra cars and people on the road and in the properties. We are still under mandatory evacuations. Cross winds are expected up to 60 mph. Let's get though today and hope that there is a break in the fire by Tuesday. Residents who have stayed have reported limited power, and no internet, phone/cell.... Some have asked about renters insurance, we ask that you call your renters insurance provider and they will guide you through your questions about your policy. I will put some links below. With regards to the property, we are sending fire extinguisher replacements today, we hope they can access the the area. When the evac. orders are lifted we are prepared to go with a janitorial company to clean the common area, power wash, roof checks, and unit by unit inspections to replace all air filters. We are extremely grateful for residents who have helped keep fires from The Lexington, at this time the fire department and the city does ask everyone to please stay out of the area. The winds will be back on Sunday, and there is still imminent danger. The Lexington Structures appear to be intact. We are not there, as we are under mandatory evacuation, however we have seen local video that shows the front of each building, all to be intact. At this time the Lost Hills Sheriff Station does not have an update whether there have been any structure damages at the Lexington. The station will be able to update us in the morning. We are not aware of any damage at this time. Those reporting from nearby may not have evacuated. Please keep evacuated from the site as ordered by LAFD. We will update if new information is available.

At this time the LOST HILLS SHERIFF STATION has advised that we will not know more until the morning if any structures are damaged. We are not aware of any structures being damaged by fire at this time, however we need to wait for official sources to confirm. Thank you for your patience and we ask that you continue to keep evacuated from the site until official orders to return home are put out by LAFD.
