I just finished The Crown on Netflix. I took these pictures of her memorials during my epic vacation at the end of medical school after matching into residency. She always appeared so graceful and behind closed doors she battled so much, including an eating disorder. #DIianaForever The first picture was taken in Kensington Palace and the second was in Harrods.

After seeing patients today, I had the amazing chance to speak to an entire high school from my hometown! The talk was about how to maintain mental health and how to remain motivated to do school work while at home and away from peers. Thank you to Middle College High School for this honor!

I fell in love with fashion in college. My study breaks in the library consisted of watching NYFW shows on my laptop. Since then, I’ve learned to love experimenting with fashion and even made it to fashion week a few times. So now, almost 8 months into the pandemic, I am really missing getting dressed up. I just completed 1000 days of my gratitude journal!! I never thought it would last this long and I’m so grateful that I started the practice before 2020.
