Challenge for the fuck of it. Front squat with axle and 5sec pause full grip. Can you do the movement and what you got? 344lbs here and almost passed out coming out of hole, long hold on 1 breath.

The Air Ambulance Flight from Arizona to New York will be an out of pocket expense for our family." I haven't known Kyle long but the impression he made on many of us here in the Tucson Strongman community will be felt for many years to come. Kyle, your presence was felt everywhere you went. Trying to lift 400lb stones in CJs garage and shredding our forearms will never be quite the same. I was looking forward to many years of training and competing.
