Please join me in wishing First Tee Inland Empire’s illustrious Program Director a Happy Birthday! In the spirit of Thanksgiving season, I am so thankful for Matt! I am thankful for Matt’s all-embracing, all-inclusive, all-encompassing immense energy that he gives to his family, his First Tee family, and his First Tee kids. Matt makes us all feel like community and that we ALL matter and are highly valued. Matt’s whole being is about walking in the gifts he was given and ...sharing that magic with anyone who steps in his path. He has told me repeatedly, I love what I do, I love my job and I look forward to each day. That enthusiasm shows in everything he does. He loves to take pictures depicting the joy in each child’s heart when they are on the golf course learning new Core Values and landing the perfect putt. He happily works from sun-up to sun-down, whatever it takes to reach and make a difference in a child and their family’s lives. Take a moment and think about our kids and how the challenges of this year have impacted them? As the world continues to go through sudden changes, it is important that our kids have a constant and caring adult in their lives. Matt strives to make sure that the mentor/coach interacting with our children of FTIE is that caring adult that makes them feel safe, secure, and free to be the best version of themselves. We are thankful, we are honored to have Matt in our midst! He blesses us each day.
