After hitting 1.83 last week and 1.28 two weeks ago, it is now at 2.01. Anything above .41 is considered euphoria, so we are at almost 5 times that level. This indicator would lead us to believe that Stocks may be due for a pullback. If that were to occur, we could see money come into the Bond market, which would push MBS prices higher and rates lower.
