I may be bias but lfs just picked out a beautiful blue purple amano shrimp for me today. I am so in love with. It's like love at first sight. I love how it is blue with hint of purple when they are usually just clearish gray. I've cycled the tank for few months now and the algae has grown in a bit so I decided to add this amano to help a bit before I use any chemical treatments. We also check our temperature before leaving the office. 2. 1 pt at a time in the office unless needs assistance from care taker 3. 6 ft from each other even staffs' work stations 4. Masks, gloves and shields are worn... 5. Scrubs and cotton masks are changed daily 6. We hand sanitize your hands and our own hands before and after entry to our office 7. We disinfect every frame, pen, clipboard, chair, station or anything anyone touches before and after each patient. 8. We disinfect our shields and mop the floors daily. It is a lot, but necessary. What do you see here?! Patient came in for 2nd opinion c/c eye strain/pain and headaches more frequently x 1 month. He changed his job 1 month ago and uses his eyes for up close work 8 hrs a day vs not that much with previous job. His srx was a slight increase in presbyopia, but I couldn't help see something white floating behind his pupil pre-dilation. This is his eye mid-dilated. His history of going to 2 previous eye doctors in the last 6 mos with no resolution made me want to investigate more. He also had grade 1 on van herick OU.
