Keep it simple for @theelderbody! Avoid processed foods and ones that are full of ingredients, especially the ones you can't even pronounce or have a number in them. Incorporate those one ingredient foods into lifestyle, I promise you will notice a difference. Thank you @thegreenhealthproject for the post!

Making your own coconut milk is incredibly easy! Take a bunch of fresh meat into some cheese cloth with water and begin squeezing! Only takes a few minutes. Coconuts are amazing for @theelderbody by providing tons of nutrients and keeping you hydrated while long days exploring Buddha temples!

My @contiki tour guide Jass went out of her way to accommodate @theelderbody's food requirements and she went above and beyond. Really appreciate the extra effort with a bag full of fruits and veggies in my to-go meal for the overnight train.

Fresh pressed juices are definitely one of @theelderbody's favorite snacks. Especially while out exploring on a hot day in Thailand! Helps me avoid having to eat some weird foods and keeps me feeling fun while hydrated! -Beetroot, celery, pineapple

When traveling, it can be difficult to go with the flow in tours while keeping @theelderbody happy. I know with my sensitive stomach after loosing all of my weight, I have to watch the "weird" foods I eat. Lucky I have been able to find some great dishes with tons of veggies, chicken and some rice. You can still taste and experience the food culture with a twist on your usual dishes! Was also very impressed with this restaurant's to-go container made out of 100% plant fiber!
