Sometimes in life when things are meant to be they are just meant to be! Brandon and Jen were referred to me by one of my dear past clients! We met and clicked immediately! They were so excited to purchase their first home! This seller’s market however presented its fair share of challenges. With houses going tens of thousands of dollars over asking price, buyers waiving contingencies with thier offers, and every house getting 10-26 offers, we were faced with an uphill b...attle! This crazy market is making it extremely difficult for buyers! We wrote several offers and continued to get beat out. THEN! One day in the middle of December we saw Yukon River. My clients knew immediately this would be theirs! They even called me after we wrote the offer and said we just have a good feeling! My buyers wrote the BEST offer they could and I kept communicating with the sellers agent on their behalf vowing to be on top of it if they just gave us a shot! A CHANCE!!! We WON!!!! That was an amazing day! Then, the escrow got rocky, as it will sometimes. We fought hard! SO HARD. But No was not NO, it was find another way! Today, 45 days later, Brandon and Jen received the keys to their first HOME!!!!! !!!!!
