Is it allergies? Is it a cold? Is it the flu? Or is it something else? Many of these conditions share symptoms. But there are also ways to distinguish between them. If you have any questions, please contact your provider at TAC at SacENT by calling (916) 736-6644. https://www.facebook.com//a.101510920010/10158509635684061

With the various wildfires around Northern California, we are experiencing poor air quality that could be harmful for those with respiratory conditions like asthma, COPD, allergies and sinus problems. Check the Air Quality Index (AQI) and plan your activities accordingly. The AQI Score is currently 211 or "Very Unhealthy" in most of our area. If you have serious respiratory and/or cardiac disease, you should avoid physical activities outdoors. For everyone else, avoid strenu...ous outdoor activities. keep outdoor activities short, and consider moving physical activities indoors or rescheduling them. Also, check out the helpful links below. And always remember to bring your rescue inhaler wherever you go as you never know when you might experience an asthma exacerbation. Please call The Allergy Center at SacENT at 916-736-6644 for more information about protecting yourself from wildfire smoke or to refill your asthma medications.
