When and why did they remove "Cursive Writing" from the SCHOOLS? Are signatures not required anymore?

Dear Friends, PLEASE TAKE 1 MINUTE OUT OF YOUR BUSY SCHEDULE TO READ THIS MESSAGE. As we prepare for our 15th Annual Youth Explosion. We are asking God to touch your heart to help us keep our young people off the streets and we pray that you will partake in helping with this cause.... ... As we raise funds for this particular entity the Women of Vision & Youth Explosion Team have come to a conclusion to invest in our youth future by opening up a "Reader's Site". We have come in contact with so many young people that are having a difficult time Reading, Writing, Adding, Subtracting, Dividing and Multiplying. Some are having difficulties just telling "TIME" on a regular Watch...We discovered this is where the problem lies. Our young people have fell through the cracks without getting the basic necessities that will help them to excel in life. Yet, they are a shame to tell you, for fear of mockery. It just breaks my heart.....We cannot do this alone. We need your help....These are our children and we are the village that need to help them to succeed through the grace of God. If you have an idea or plan lets come together to help our youth.......Please lets not close our eyes to the problem.
