The last two minutes of lessons for these boys are play time. Play time means diving for torpedos. This play teaches them body awareness in the water as they learn how to propel themselves to the bottom and come to recognize their natural buoyancy in water.

I’ve been teaching these four brothers for three whole summers now! Ages are 10, 8, 6, and 4. The oldest two swim with the local swim team, FAST, when they are in session. This little guy has progressed so much since last year’s swim season and even since the start of this year’s season in June! He’s now able to pop up to get a breath while swimming. Good job, little man!
