In recent months, we have embraced extra safeguards and improved indoor air quality. We installed high intensity UV-C Lamps inside the supply side of our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems as a supplemental air-cleaning measure. Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation is a disinfection method that uses Ultraviolet-C light to eliminate the transmission of airborne bacterial and viral infections. We have increased ventilation to prioritize fresh air intake. Higher o...utside air intake and higher air exchange help to dilute indoor contaminants, including viral particles, from air that is breathed within the Restaurant. New glass partitions have been installed at each booth. Reservations are now open! We have dining available nightly starting at 5:00pm.
