Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation is a disinfection method that uses Ultraviolet-C light to eliminate the transmission of airborne bacterial and viral infections. We have increased ventilation to prioritize fresh air intake. Higher o...utside air intake and higher air exchange help to dilute indoor contaminants, including viral particles, from air that is breathed within the Restaurant.
