Wellness. You operating at your optimal level. This concept can be understood in term of a vibration and a color. Which can then be translated to a mineral. While in meditation ask, What is my wellness color? For me, right now, it's mint green, which translates to the pictured Moroccan Prehnite. A stone of unconditional love that heals the healer. I'll hold the stone while mediating allowing its energies to fill in my body and my aura (the space around my body). Or if I don't have a stone, I'll just paint my space (body and aura) with my wellness color, allowing it to saturate every cell. I’m curious... This Continuity grid includes the same stones as in my previous post with the addition of Golden Tektite (another meteorite impact glass) and citrine. It is purposely not symmetrical, promoting balance even when things are out of balance. For those of you that know how to 'match' energy, I'd invite you to match your crown (7th chakra) to this grid. For those of you that do not know how, just imagine a ring above... you head and with intention, paint it with the vibration of the grid. When I match the vibration, it invokes strength and stability, bonding my cells together. This creates a protective layer around both my cells and my body. Pictured is a harmonic of stones that came to me in meditation. The green is Moldavite, a meteorite impact glass, that holds the vibration in which it was created, quick transformation and change. That changed is grounded with Smokey Quartz. The Copper giv...es stamina, movement and flow. And it’s all topped off with the yellow Golden Healer angel and smaller stones that set a connection space to source, promote vitality and aid cellular healing. If you don’t have these stones, their healing vibs can translate through the picture.
