A huge thank you to all of our families for their support during our book fair. Due to all your support we were able to raise scholastic dollars and could provide the school with some new exctiting toys. The Sprouts got to be the first to play with our new light table. A light table can be used to enhance literacy, math, and writing skills in fun and playful ways. Children are naturally drawn to the gentle glow of the light table and tend to stay there for long periods of tim...e, which is great for stretching those budding attention spans. The light table is a versatile tool that can be used for everything from open-ended play experiences to arts and crafts, to teaching academic concepts, and more! When you infuse your light table center with opportunities for science, math, literacy, and writing it quickly becomes a powerhouse of learning. See more
