SO WE'RE GOING TO PLAY IT SAFE... With a late flurry, Pork Milanese beat out the zany flaming hot cheeto/mac and cheese/pulled pork cake by two votes. When I was hospitalized on my birthday in June, I was surprised to discover that they wanted to replace my aortic valve. The options were:... 1) Mechanical valve 2) Cow valve 3) Pig valve I'm not sure what logic I used to make my decision but I now have a pig valve ,which officially makes me part pig.
