It’s almost time for our amazing boat parade to begin. Have you started that chili and invited your friends? Don’t forget the unwrapped gift for the kids. To be honest, being a realtor, I have found that Jeffries Ranch has something special. Our community has so much love and enthusiasm. I haven’t found that spirit anywhere else in San Diego or Orange County. When I hold an Open House in the neighborhood, perspective buyers want me to tell them all about our community. First ...and foremost- they can’t believe that horses walk down our sidewalks and we have a boat parade! Yep, I’m so proud to share that with them. There is an effort on NextDoor.com to get the severely dilapidated white ...rail fence fixed on the trail behind Mission Meadows school and all along Spur after the Melrose curve (NOT in front on anyone's house). The school trail needs to be done first or the city could take back the easement we have for it, due to our negligence. Neither the city nor any HOA have any responsibility for this - believe me, Zell has researched it to death. This is 100% grass roots needing volunteers and dollars.
