IOG Order of Service May 07, 2020 Well, it has been a while since my last post. Not because there is nothing to update you about on the church's operations. We... are still working on reopening services as everyone else. I can say that on Saturday, May 09, 2020, Bro. Buie will return to live stream to do the Sabbath day lesson at Riverdale. He will address the congregation on his own behalf hopefully every Sabbath day following. Although Bro Buie will be at the church each Saturday, the building will remain to be closed to the public. With that said, it has been nice being in my Elder brother's position to address you awesome people of the Israel of God on Pastor Buie's behalf in my words. Believe me, he sounds over enjoyed to be doing what he truly loves preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ once again to all of you. Bro Buie will return with his classic lesson series "The Spirit of God In It Many Forms: Part 1 The Spirit of Truth." He will be doing this series to edify the congregation because of the entire IOG body will be online. We keep hearing the term the new normal. This will be the church’s normal to stream live on the Sabbath. And to continue with all of the temporary platforms currently in motion while we are living under this coronavirus. I have long time said until this pandemic spread will continue to be trouble until it can be moved into our subconsciousness with a vaccine created. The stories that I have heard and see since this pestilence has arrived I am sure are equal to your experiences. It's amazing that we have so many conspiracies to entertain. My position as a person that enjoys watching these mini truths. They should make the Bible that much more creditable to be experiencing these obvious false plots that man has imagined. Now that we are actually feeling these plans from these secret societies along with our understanding that Jesus works through men. The word of God must be unfolding before your eyes right about now. All these things need to happen for the beginning sorrows to start. I have joked with a few brothers the fuse to the powder keg has to be laying on the ground if it's not lit yet. The quickest of this pandemic coverage of the planet just won't leave my mind. Along with how infectious nature it is with a man. As the church at the Riverdale location comes back online I am sure Pastor Buie will get around to giving you his order of IOG service. Your Elder brother Buie has been thinking and working hard along with his recovery. We all can welcome him home in front of the congregation again. Grace and Peace Israel!
