Recently I have been asked what I personally eat on a weekly basis. So I decided to make a short video to walk you through 5-6 meals worth of food. This is what a day of eating looks like for me!!! Try a similar eating style if you are busy but want to still look and feel your best!

Not all transformations take place in the form of radical weight loss comparisons because everyone’s goals are different. For some, your focus may be to just improve your form, strength and avoid injury and for others it may be to lose weight and build muscle. Whatever your particular goal may be we can create a program for you! In this picture you see my new client Jeff performing a dumbbell deadlift before and after being coached on proper form. In the left picture you may ...notice a slight rounding of the back and tucking of the hips. This can lead to back pain or injury. After adjusting Jeff’s technique and giving him a few pointers and key focus points he was able to perform the movement with much better form and is now engaging his core and hips properly! This is a much safer posture and will allow Jeff to eventually work up to a stronger deadlift much faster without getting injured. See more

Recently got to use my knee sleeves for squatting and boy do I wish I invested in some of these sleeves sooner! They just help keep my knees warm and add just enough support to prevent any knee pain from my 400+ pound squats!
