PSA: Did you know that LinkedIn recently updated their terms of service and those who use Chrome extensions to find contact info are getting their LinkedIn profiles shut down? Be careful out there, folks! (I've disabled all extensions while using LinkedIn.) Based on this new change, are you switching to InMail or using other methods to identify and engage candidates?

Tool Tip Tuesday: My favorite tool this week? ezAutoCorrect for Gmail. It's a free Chrome extension and I use it to automatically pop in commonly used words, phrases and even paragraphs. Anything I type frequently into email, I create an "autocorrect" for it. Phone numbers, email addresses, mailing address, outreach templates, sign off verbiage, frequently used links, you name it. Instead of http://stacyzapar.ycb.me, I simply type in "ycb" and this tool will "autocorrect" i...t to the full link for me as I type. I use this time saver dozens of times a day and it all adds up more than you probably realize. As recruiters, time is our most precious resource.
