Dear Valued Customer, At Cavco Driving Schools, our top priority is the safety and health of our students and Instructors. We wanted to reach out to you personally and let you know that we take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We want to share the steps we’re taking in response to coronavirus. First and foremost, we’ve ramped up cleaning efforts in all of our instructing vehicles. Our vehicles are cleaned throughout the day (befor...e and after each student), with sanitizing solutions used in high-touch areas. We also have staff members dedicated to cleaning our office areas throughout the day as well as our in-class drivers education room, and we have additional supplies for each of our vehicles. Second, we have asked all of our instructors who may not feel well to refrain from coming in to work. This may cause us to have to move lessons to a different instructor or have to reschedule some lessons to a different day and time, but this is only to make sure that we keep everyone healthy and appreciate your understanding. Finally, during this period of time we will not be charging any cancellation fees if a lesson is cancelled due to sickness of any kind. So, we ask that you do not have your student not go on any lesson if they are sick. If you need to cancel, please make sure you let us know as soon as you can so that we can fill that spot with another student. As always, we’re grateful for the opportunity to serve you. Rest assured, we’re doing everything in our power to provide a safe and exciting learning experience for our customers and a healthy environment for our associates and communities.
