Temecula defender Ricardo González has re-signed with the National Premier Soccer League Club. The 23-year-old Escondido native has been rewarded after becoming a regular starter in central defense for Austin Levins side in recent years. "I have been hugely impressed with Ricardo’s contribution to the club and the dressing room, on and off the pitch," said Quails owner Brandon Jantz... Morrison, 23, has played bit part roles for the Quails over the years while playing at Elmira College. Colin is committed to what we are building here at Temecula FC, and we are very excited to have him for a full season. Manager Austin Levins on the return of @npslsoccer football! Where do I start? Firstly, its great to be getting back to doing what we love. I think the hardest thing has been the false dawns where we'd get a date to restart and then when that day was about to arrive, the situation would change and the date would be pushed out again. So many players have been in contact and not being able to give them a definite date has been tough. So it's great to finally have a time frame... again. I'm looking forward to being back out on the field with the players working on our tactics and fitness. We have some interesting prospects coming in to try out and I'm particularly delighted at some of those players being local players from some of the other Underage clubs in our city. We're the only club operating at this level between San Diego and LA so it will be great if we can continue to grow and develop these players locally. We've given the players a fitness regime to work on prior to returning so I'm looking forward to seeing how they have worked on their fitness in that time. Lastly, the thing I'm looking forward to most is match-day, the stadium music blasting out, the banter between the players in the locker-room before the game, the roar of the crowd as the players take the field, the whole thing!

Young Quail looking to earn his place! Temecula FC has arranged a 1 week tryout for youth stand out James A Brown III. James will fly out to Ohio and spend November 17th-20th trying to earn a spot in FC Cincinnatis Academy Residency Program. During his time in Ohio he will be looking to impress Larry Sunderland, Director of Player Development and Head Coach Nikola Katic.... James will spend the next 2 weeks training with our NPSL team/staff in preparation for the tryouts in Ohio~ Brandon Jantz

COVID AND CHANGE: Covid-19 has been a major headache for football in our country. From the professional level right down to the youth.
