LET’S CELEBRATE TEA! May 21 is International Tea Day and the goodness of tea will help to support functions of your immune system.

Harriet Lynn & I held a fundraiser for The Arthritis Foundation that was three hours of wellness. We started with an hour of T’ai Chi taught by T’ai Chi Master Harriet. Following that, we moved on to Tea education and the joy of tea tasting. It was a really fun morning!
