I love photography, and I love helping people with my professional psychology license. I married the two a long time ago when I started my Instagram account @kb_photoart. Responding to people wanting to combine their creativity with their emotional self-care, I developed this hands-on, practical workshop. Come join this free THERAPEUTIC PHOTOGRAPHY meetup before it goes live as a paid workshop!... #selfcare #psychotherapy #coping #mentalhealth #depression #anxiety #creativity #photographylovers #creators #artists #emotionalhealth

Stop and smell the roses. Then you can be productive with lowered stress. I guarantee it!
