The Modern Climber the third and final of the TBF Masters Series, is December 6-7th. Early registration pricing ends in one week from today, on October 31st. Sign up now to save $! . The setting for the citizens comp will be focused on climbing styles accessible to EVERYONE, and not only focused on a modern style of competition climbing, unlike the pro category, so don’t be intimidated by the name! .... For pros- From beta deciphering and dynamic coordination to brute strength and power endurance, this competition will test climbers on all levels. In order to succeed, mastering just one tool of the trade will not be enough. Climbers will have to demonstrate knowledge and experience across varied terrain. While having the ability to specialize within one discipline at a world class level is impressive, being able to hone the entire multi-faceted array of competition skills is true mastery. And for the very first time, the Levels format will be introduced in Pro Finals--a video game style round.

Thank you to everyone who made the second TBF Masters competition The Force Majeure a success! Sacramento locals crushed this competition with Meagan Martin and Joe Diaz taking first place. Maya Madere and Allison Vest got 2nd and 3rd. Daniel Woods and Ross Fulkerson tied for second in Finals but the tie was broken by Qualifying score leaving Daniel in 2nd and Ross in 3rd. . . This competition is our throw-back to the years in which pulling down hard was paramount to the tricks, parkour, and ninja-style moves that seem to dominate our comp world these days.
