Protecting Those Who Serve "Fit for Duty" goes beyond our physical fitness and it's equally important for us to take care of our mental fitness. The incidents and stressors that we deal with every day, the ones we "shrug off" as "part of the job", can mount up over time and take a toll. We need to remain vigilant and look for signs of distress in our colleagues, our brothers and sisters. Courage is not found in covering up these traumas, but is found in acknowledging them, and seeking help, so that we are stronger and more prepared for the next emergency.

These 2 also set up a virtual focus group that was a great success with the pizazz, fun, and care you would expect from these amazing humans!
